• Physical products (e.g., planners, study materials, apparel, accessories) are made to order through a print-on-demand service and may take 7-14 business days for production before shipping.

3. Refunds & Returns

📥 Digital Products:

• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are available for digital downloads.
• If you encounter a technical issue with a file, please contact hello@heartdive.org, and we will work to resolve it.

📦 Physical Products:

• We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or minor printing variations.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturer error, contact us within 14 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
• For lost packages, please check with your local post office first. If your tracking shows “delivered,” but you did not receive it, contact us for assistance.
